The voucher entitles the recipient to a special rate of $128
for the first night of his/her first booking with Melbourne Short Stay Apartments
in either a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in any of our locations.
The voucher is valid for check-ins within 12 months of date of issue and expires 12 months from date of issue.
The voucher can only be redeemed
when the booking is made with the same email address as
used to sign up for the newsletter and can only be used
once. The booking must be for a minimum of 5 nights and
only applicable when the guest is being charged our "Internet
Rates". The use of the voucher is subject to availability.
The voucher is nontransferable, nonrefundable and cannot
be used in conjunction with any other offer or during
"Special Event Periods". The voucher will be emailed to
you within 7 days of completing this form. If you have
not received the voucher within 7 days please contact
us.
Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
Prize details: 2 nights accommodation
in a 1 bedroom short stay apartment (as chosen by the Promoter)
operated by Melbourne
Short Stay Apartments (the Promoter), a bottle of Australian
sparkling wine and a box of fine chocolates. Prize value
is approx $415. Accommodation is subject to availability & must be redeemed within 12 months
of the prize draw and cannot be used during "special event
periods". The prize is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
How to enter: Entrants must complete all required
fields on the form on this page and submit the form. Entrants
will then receive Melbourne Short Stay's regular newsletter
and be entered into each monthly prize draw for the duration
of this promotion. Entrants can unsubscribe from the newsletter
by following the instructions of the newsletter. Please
note that once an entrant unsubscribes from the newsletter
they will also be removed from all future prize draws,
effective immediately upon receipt of entrant's "unsubscribed" request
by phone, fax or email.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to all people 18 years or over at the time of submitting
the form. Employees, agents, contractors and representatives (including their immediate family)
of the Promoter and its related companies are ineligible to win.
Other Conditions: Each individual can only enter once and will only receive one entry in each draw.
Any subsequent entries will be deemed void. The prize draw will be conducted on the first (Victorian) working day of each month at the offices of the Promoter (see below).
The first draw will take place on April 1st, 2008. The final draw will take place on
March 2nd, 2009.
The winner will be drawn randomly from
all eligible entrants who have opted into receiving the Promoter's
newsletter, prior to the draw taking place.
The winner's name will be published in the Public Notices section of The Age newspaper
on the second Friday of the month.
The winner will be contacted by email and will have 30 days to reply and claim the
prize. Failure to claim prize within 30 days will void the winner's right to the prize. The Promoter
reserves the right to end this promotion or modify the prize details at its discretion, in which
case notification will be posted on this web page. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in relation to
the value of the prize.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database. The
Promoter may use the information entered by an entrant in accordance with the Promoter's
Privacy Policy.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal
injuries suffered or sustained during the course of or in connection with any of
the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of the above
