I wanted to mention that i have been very thrilled with the service at the apartments all round. Reception staff are just exceptional - warm, knowledgeable and nothing is too much. Housekeeping staff have made my unit spotless and turned this into my "home".

I would like to inform you that the person who cleaned our apartment today has done an excellent job. The apartment is spotless and the beds look beautiful!

He was very thorough with the cleaning and also very considerate of the fact that I was at home with my 2 year old daughter. Having worked myself in Housekeeping for a 5 star hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, I am aware of the standards expected for luxury accommodation and your employee easily matched these expectations.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say a huge 'THANK YOU' to you all for our fantastic stay at the City Point Apartments!

There were over 20 of us in 6 different apartments and everyone had such a great time. The facilities are great - we certainly made good use of the tennis courts, pool and bbq area.

We had visitors who popped in to see us during the week - they were staying elsewhere and got totally jealous when they saw how great the apartments and entire complex was!

I'm an ex-retail travel agent and was really impressed with the standard of accommodation and will tell my old shop about it in case they have customers who prefer to book accommodation online themselves.

Thanks again - might see you all in another year when we get ready for the 2009 Australian Open.

Dear Bonnie,

Just a short note to say thank you to yourself and Melbourne Short Stay Apartments. Both families had a very enjoyable time in Melbourne and we had rooms next door to each other. This made organising the children very convenient.

The check-in and check-out was efficient, quick and easy. The Apartments (and amenities) were first class and very accessible to Melbourne, transport, shops, etc. The service from the office was helpful and friendly.

Dear Olivia,

My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at your City Point apartments and now your Southpoint apartments. I felt compelled to let you know how impressed we were with both locations, the views were magnificent, the rooms were brilliant, the price I believe to be fantastic and everything that was promised was delivered.

I have not stopped talking about Short Stay and have advised all friends to take the time to go in and book for themselves. I will be booking with you guys again around July for a girls weekend promising all my friends that this will be an apartment to remember.

You guys once again have made my weekend and everything was so easy to book and organise.

Good morning

My husband and I have just returned home after enjoying a week in Melbourne, staying at your City Point Apartments in Bourke St. We had a wonderful week and in particular enjoyed the very high standard of accommodation, the helpful and friendly staff and in general the people of Melbourne.

The service we received will stay with us for some time and we most certainly will be recommending ShortStay Apartments to our friends and colleagues. A group of us will be visiting Melbourne next year for a "girls" long weekend and we will look forward to dealing with you again then.

Good Morning

Two weeks ago, my husband and I shared a 2 bedroom Short Stay apartment at City Point in Burke Street with friends. This was our introduction to enjoying Melbourne and what a great introduction it was! From the minute we arrived we were treated to a genuine, friendly welcome by your staff in the beautiful foyer and shown to a large open apartment with views of the city centre, across to the casino and over Telstra Dome.

The convenience of walking out the front door at any time of the day and onto the city circle tram made exploring the city so easy. The ease of connection to suburban trams extended the convenience and gave us the freedom to visit areas like St Kilda and more. The apartments central location to so many city attractions opened the opportunity to do tours, like Federation Square, the MCG, the Gold Treasury, and wander at our own pace through Chinatown, Queen Victoria Market and the fabulous new David Jones Food Hall.

Having a fully equipped kitchen in our apartment meant we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast each morning or a glass or two of wine and plate of cheese, etc in the afternoon before heading up to Lygon Street or the Casino in the evening.

The purpose of our visit to Melbourne was to see Mel Brooks' wonderfully funny show "The Producers". While we thoroughly enjoyed the show we were treated to much more over our three day stay. Our visit to Melbourne was made so easy and enjoyable primarily due to our accommodation. The apartments could not have been better and as a result we are planning a return visit early next year.

Thanks for making our short holiday feel much longer and more relaxing than we anticipated.

We would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" for a most enjoyable stay. Not knowing the apartments or exactly where they were, being from Brisbane, naturally there is always an amount of uncertainty. The proximity to the Exhibition Centre was excellent, also the entry/exit to freeways, etc.

The apartment at Sentinel was wonderful, Modern and with beautiful views. Most importantly we had access to broadband internet which is important to our business when away. We have exhibitions to go to, sometimes twice a year, and would definitely stay with you again.

Dear Sally,

We would like to say how wonderful our stay in the Sentinel was. We could not fault a thing, absolutely perfect.

We would also like to thank the lovely woman who minded our baggage at your City Road office, ordered a taxi to be ready to take us to the airport and showed us such great courtesy last Friday (9th July).

We will certainly be returning to Melbourne (you can't imagine how much our 18 year old son bought from Smith Street). We will be in touch with you when we are planning our next trip.

Hi Nicole

We spent two nights in a 2 bedroom apartment at Southpoint with our family in May 2004. It was absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. Also, it was a very reasonable price. My husband and I usually pay the same just for a room for ourselves when in Melbourne, so we were very pleased.

Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with our stay. And that we will be very happy to stay there again in the future, should we need to come to Melbourne again.
