Long Stay Rates
 Lower rates are available for stays longer than 56 nights.

* Minimum Stay.
Our minimum length of stay is 2 nights, except for the following:
      • Minimum stay for check ins on a Friday or Saturday night is 3 nights.
      • Minimum stay for Deluxe Suites is 5 nights.
      • Minimum stay for Special Event periods vary - see below.

Other Conditions.
  1) All rates are in Australian Dollars and are nett.
  2) Above rates are valid until 31 December 2008 and subject to change without notice.
  3) A deposit of A$250 is required to hold your booking.
  4) For stays of 7 nights or less payment must be made on check-in.
      For stays of 8 nights or more the first 7 nights must be paid for on check-in.
      The remaining balance must be paid weekly there after.
  5) Internet Rates are available at all times (except during some Special Event periods - see below).

By providing your credit card details we will confirm your booking by charging a booking deposit of $250 per apartment ($500 for Special Event Period bookings).

We will only charge your card where we can fulfil all your requirements above. If we cannot fulfil your requirements we will send you an email with alternative accommodation options where possible.

Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to check-in (21 days prior to check-in for Special Event Period bookings). See our Terms & Conditions for full Cancellation Policy.
